I live with chronic illness myself (Rheumatoid Arthritis), and I also work in healthcare. That means I understand both the emotional reality of daily symptoms and the systems you’re expected to navigate — appointments, insurance, medical costs, and constant decision fatigue. I also have a deep understanding of how to treat chronic pain.
I don’t approach support from a textbook or a trend. I approach it from lived experience and real-world navigation from years and years of experience.
Instead of rigid plans or extreme protocols, I help you think through the things that actually impact your day-to-day life:

My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with information or tell you what to do — it’s to help you understand what’s happening, ask better questions, and feel confident advocating for yourself within a system that often feels confusing and exhausting.
